The type, format and frequency of information to be made available pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article shall be established in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 75(2). The implementing decision establishing the type, format and frequency of information to be made available pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article shall be updated whenever necessary and not later than 5 August 2026.
