In relation to combustion plants which co-incinerate waste, point 3.1 of Part 4 of Annex VI shall apply until: (a) 31 December 2015, for combustion plants referred to in Article 30(2); (b) 6 January 2013, for combustion plants referred to in Article 30(3).
