Point 3.2 of Part 4 of Annex VI shall apply in relation to combustion plants which co-incinerate waste, as from: (a) 1 January 2016, for combustion plants referred to in Article 30(2) (b) 7 January 2013, for combustion plants referred to in Article 30(3).
