1.

It shall be prohibited to provide, directly or indirectly, any of the following to any natural or legal person, entity or body listed in Annex I: technical assistance related to military activities or to the supply, sale, transfer, manufacture, maintenance or use of goods and technology included in the Common Military List of the European Union OJ C 69, 18.3.2010, p. 19. ; financing or financial assistance related to military activities or to the supply, sale, transfer, manufacture, maintenance or use of goods and technology included in the Common Military List of the European Union; investment services related to military activities or to the supply, sale, transfer, manufacture, maintenance or use of goods and technology included in the Common Military List of the European Union.
