The auction platforms appointed pursuant to Article 26(1) or (2) of this Regulation shall base their determinations and publications under paragraph 1 of this Article on the Commission’s determination and publication of the estimated amount of allowances to be auctioned or on the most recent amendment of the Commission’s original estimate referred to in Article 10(1) of Directive 2003/87/EC.
