The joint procurement procedure referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be conducted pursuant to the third subparagraph of Article 91(1) of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 and Article 125c of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002.
