Any Member State not participating in the joint action provided for in Article 26 of this Regulation may appoint its own auction platform for the auctioning of its share of the volume of allowances covered by Chapters II and III of Directive 2003/87/EC to be auctioned by means of the futures or forwards, provided that these products are listed in Annex I to this Regulation.
