In its notification, the Member State shall clearly and specifically explain why and how the decision impinges on its fiscal responsibilities. In the case of such notification, the decision of the Authority shall be suspended. The Council shall, within 10 working days, convene a meeting and take a decision, by a simple majority of its members, as to whether the Authority’s decision is revoked. Where the Council, after having considered the matter, does not take a decision to revoke the Authority’s decision in accordance with the fourth subparagraph, the suspension of the Authority’s decision shall be terminated.
