(20) According to the application, ‘the three biggest competitors are heavily concentrated’ See application, page 23, paragraph 6. , and indeed this can be observed in all the national markets taken separately, both in respect of SC and CSFC. The applicant also acknowledges that ‘the overwhelming majority of extracted coal is consumed on the local market’ See application, page 23, paragraph 6. , and this is confirmed in all countries in the geographic area considered by the application which are producing bituminous coal (the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany).
