‘established’ means: for AIFMs, ‘having its registered office in’; for AIFs, ‘being authorised or registered in’, or, if the AIF is not authorised or registered, ‘having its registered office in’; for depositaries, ‘having its registered office or branch in’; for legal representatives that are legal persons, ‘having its registered office or branch in’; for legal representatives that are natural persons, ‘domiciled in’;
