Article 12 — Identification of economic operators

Member States shall ensure that economic operators, on request, identify the following to the market surveillance authorities, for 10 years following the placing on the market of the EEE: (a) any economic operator who has supplied them with an EEE; (b) any economic operator to whom they have supplied an EEE.
