in Article 12a, the following paragraph is added: ‘3. The coordinators shall provide the Joint Committee with the information referred to in Article 9(4) and point (a) of the second subparagraph of Article 12(1). The Joint Committee shall make available to the competent authorities information regarding the legal structure and the governance and organisational structure of financial conglomerates.’;
