DIRECTIVE 2011/89/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 November 2011 amending Directives 98/78/EC, 2002/87/EC, 2006/48/EC and 2009/138/EC as regards the supplementary supervision of financial entities in a financial conglomerate (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

By derogation from paragraph 1, Member States shall bring into force by 22 July 2013 the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with Article 2(23) of this Directive, as well as with Article 2(1) and (2)(a) of this Directive in so far as those provisions amend Article 1, Article 2(4), (5a) and (16), and Article 3(2) of Directive 2002/87/EC with regard to alternative investment fund managers. They shall communicate immediately to the Commission the text of those measures and a correlation table between those measures and this Directive.
