COUNCIL IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 282/2011 of 15 March 2011 laying down implementing measures for Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax (recast) · European Union

The application of monthly payment of import VAT in accordance with the special arrangements for declaration and payment of import VAT provided for in Chapter 7 of Title XII of Directive 2006/112/EC may be subject to the conditions applicable for the deferment of payment of customs duty in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 6 ).
