‘vehicle type with regard to the installation of its tyres’ means vehicles which do not differ in such essential respects as the types of tyres, minimum and maximum tyre size designations, wheel dimensions and off-sets as well as speed and load capabilities suitable for fitment, and the characteristics of the wheel guards;
