Директива 2012/19/ЕC на Европейския парламент и на Съвета от 4 юли 2012 година относно отпадъци от електрическо и електронно оборудване (ОЕЕО) (преработен текст) (текст от значение за ЕИП) · European Union

Each producer shall be responsible for financing the operations referred to in paragraph 1 relating to the waste from his own products. The producer may choose to fulfil this obligation either individually or by joining a collective scheme.
