Директива 2012/19/ЕC на Европейския парламент и на Съвета от 4 юли 2012 година относно отпадъци от електрическо и електронно оборудване (ОЕЕО) (преработен текст) (текст от значение за ЕИП) · European Union

This Directive shall apply without prejudice to the requirements of Union legislation on safety and health, on chemicals, in particular Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency ( 1 ), as well as of specific Union waste management or product design legislation.
