provide any new producer of electricity produced from high-efficiency cogeneration wishing to be connected to the system with the comprehensive and necessary information required, including: a comprehensive and detailed estimate of the costs associated with the connection; a reasonable and precise timetable for receiving and processing the request for grid connection; a reasonable indicative timetable for any proposed grid connection. The overall process to become connected to the grid should be no longer than 24 months, bearing in mind what is reasonably practicable and non-discriminatory;
