Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on energy efficiency, amending Directives 2009/125/EC and 2010/30/EU and repealing Directives 2004/8/EC and 2006/32/EC Text with EEA relevance · European Union

By 30 June 2016, the Commission shall submit a report to the European Parliament and the Council on the implementation of Article 7. That report shall be accompanied, if appropriate, by a legislative proposal for one or more of the following purposes: to change the final date laid down in Article 7(1); to review the requirements laid down in Article 7(1), (2) and (3); to establish additional common requirements, in particular as regards the matters referred to in Article 7(7).
