The entry ‘Special Purpose Islamic Regiment (alias (a) The Islamic Special Purpose Regiment, (b) The al-Jihad-Fisi-Sabililah Special Islamic Regiment, (c) Islamic Regiment of Special Meaning, (d) SPIR).’ under the heading ‘Legal persons, groups and entities’ shall be replaced by the following: ‘Special Purpose Islamic Regiment (SPIR) (alias (a) The Islamic Special Purpose Regiment, (b) The al-Jihad-Fisi-Sabililah Special Islamic Regiment, (c) Islamic Regiment of Special Meaning, (d) SPIR).’ Other information: Linked to the Islamic International Brigade (IIB) and the Riyadus-Salikhin Reconnaissance and Sabotage Battalion of Chechen Martyrs (RSRSBCM).
