Article 43

The Commission shall adopt the delegated acts under Article 2(2), Article 3(7), Article 4(2), Article 5(4), Article 6(4), Article 7(3), Article 17(2), Article 23(5) and Article 30 by 31 March 2012. The Commission may extend the deadline referred to in the first paragraph by 6 months.
