This Annex sets out the common principles for the evaluation of dossiers for biocidal products referred to in Article 19(1)(b). A decision by a Member State or the Commission to authorise a biocidal product shall be taken on the basis of the conditions set down in Article 19, taking account of the evaluation carried out according to this Annex. Detailed technical guidance regarding the application of this Annex is available on the website of the Agency.
