The Commission shall, on receipt of the opinion of the Agency, adopt: an implementing regulation providing that the approval of an active substance is renewed for one or more product-types, and under which conditions; or an implementing decision that the approval of an active substance is not renewed. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 82(3). Article 9(2) shall apply.
