Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Compensation for data sharing shall be determined in a fair, transparent and non-discriminatory manner, having regard to the guidance established by the Agency Guidance on data sharing established in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. . The prospective applicant shall be required to share only in the costs of information that it is required to submit for the purposes of this Regulation.
