REGULATION (EU) No 648/2012 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 4 July 2012 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Without prejudice to Article 73, ESMA shall withdraw the registration of a trade repository where the trade repository: (a) expressly renounces the registration or has provided no services for the preceding six months; (b) obtained the registration by making false statements or by any other irregular means; (c) no longer meets the conditions under which it was registered.
