The applicant shall provide the court with a copy of the judgment and, where necessary, a translation or transliteration of it. The court may dispense with the production of the documents referred to in the first subparagraph if it already possesses them or if it considers it unreasonable to require the applicant to provide them. In the latter case, the court may require the other party to provide those documents.
