Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (recast) · European Union

The Member States included in the list referred to in paragraph 1 shall, within the framework of the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters established by Council Decision 2001/470/EC OJ L 174, 27.6.2001, p. 25. (‘the European Judicial Network’) provide information on how to determine, in accordance with their national law, the effects of the judgments referred to in the second sentence of paragraph 2.
