Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (recast) · European Union

The Member States shall notify the Commission of: the rules of jurisdiction referred to in Articles 5(2) and 6(2); the rules on third-party notice referred to in Article 65; and the conventions referred to in Article 69.
