The authorising officer responsible shall then decide whether or not to award the prizes. That decision shall also specify the following: the subject and total amount of prizes awarded, if any; the names of the winning participants, if any, the amount of the prizes awarded to each wining participant and the reasons for that choice; the names of any participant rejected and the reasons for that rejection.
