Article 227

The report on budgetary and financial management during the year shall give an accurate description of: the achievement of the objectives for the year, in accordance with the principle of sound financial management; the financial situation and the events which have had a significant influence on activities during the year. The report on budgetary and financial management shall be separate from the reports on implementation of the budget.
