Article 254

In the case of the Union delegations, the permanent inventories of movable property belonging to the Union shall be kept locally. They shall be sent regularly to the central departments in accordance with the rules adopted by each institution. Movable property in transit to the Union delegations shall be entered on a provisional list before being recorded in the permanent inventories. The advertising for sales of movable property of Union delegations shall be done in accordance with local usage.
