For the purposes of this Chapter, the contract notice shall be published: at least in the Official Journal of the European Union and on the internet for international calls for tender; at least in the official gazette of the recipient State or in any equivalent publication for local invitations to tender. Where the contract notice is also published locally, it must be identical to the one published in the Official Journal of the European Union and on the internet and it must be published simultaneously. The Commission shall be responsible for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and on the internet. If the notice is published locally, this may be done by the entities referred to in Article 190(2)(b) of the Financial Regulation.
