This Annex sets out provisions for implementing Article 11. It lays down general security provisions applicable to industrial or other entities in pre-contract negotiations and throughout the life-cycle of classified contracts let by the GSC. The Council shall approve guidelines on industrial security outlining in particular detailed requirements regarding FSCs, Security Aspects Letters (SALs), visits, transmission and carriage of EUCI.
