2013/488/EU: Council Decision of 23 September 2013 on the security rules for protecting EU classified information · European Union

The GSC, as contracting authority, shall ensure that the minimum standards on industrial security set out in this Decision, and referred to in the contract, are complied with when awarding classified contracts to industrial or other entities.
