2013/488/EU: Council Decision of 23 September 2013 on the security rules for protecting EU classified information · European Union

Any such framework shall ensure that EUCI is given protection appropriate to its classification level and according to basic principles and minimum standards which shall be equivalent to those laid down in this Decision.
