2013/488/EU: Council Decision of 23 September 2013 on the security rules for protecting EU classified information · European Union
The Security Committee shall be composed of representatives of the Member States’ NSAs and be attended by a representative of the Commission and of the EEAS. It shall be chaired by the Secretary-General or by his designated delegate. It shall meet as instructed by the Council, or at the request of the Secretary-General or of an NSA. Representatives of Union bodies, agencies and entities which apply this Decision or the principles thereof may be invited to attend when questions concerning them are discussed.
