2013/488/EU: Council Decision of 23 September 2013 on the security rules for protecting EU classified information · European Union

This Decision shall repeal and replace Council Decision 2011/292/EU Council Decision 2011/292/EU of 31 March 2011 on the security rules for protecting EU classified information (OJ L 141, 27.5.2011, p. 17). . All EUCI classified in accordance with Council Decision 2001/264/EC Council Decision 2001/264/EC of 19 March 2001 adopting the Council’s security regulations (OJ L 101, 11.4.2001, p. 1). and with Decision 2011/292/EU shall continue to be protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Decision.
