Article 2

Council Decision 2013/755/EU of 25 November 2013 on the association of the overseas countries and territories with the European Union ( ‘Overseas Association Decision’ ) · European Union

1. The following products shall be considered as originating in an OCTs: products wholly obtained in an OCTs within the meaning of Article 3 of this Annex; products obtained in an OCTs incorporating materials which have not been wholly obtained there, provided that such materials have undergone sufficient working or processing within the meaning of Article 4 of this Annex. 2. Originating products made up of materials wholly obtained or sufficiently worked or processed in two or more OCTs shall be considered as products originating in the OCTs where the last working or processing took place. 3. For the purpose of implementing paragraph 1, the territories of the OCTs shall be considered as being one territory.
