Article 36

Council Decision 2013/755/EU of 25 November 2013 on the association of the overseas countries and territories with the European Union ( ‘Overseas Association Decision’ ) · European Union

Benefits from this Decision shall apply in the following cases: in cases of goods satisfying the requirements of this Annex exported by a registered exporter referred to in Article 38; in cases of any consignment of one or more packages containing originating products exported by any exporter, where the total value of the originating products consigned does not exceed EUR 10 000.
