To be registered, exporters shall lodge an application with the competent authorities of the OCTs referred to in Article 57(1) of this Annex, using the form a model of which is set out in Appendix XI. By the completion of the form, exporters give consent to the storage of the information provided in the database of the Commission and to the publication of non-confidential data on the internet. The application shall be accepted by the competent authorities only if it is complete.
