Article 54

Council Decision 2013/755/EU of 25 November 2013 on the association of the overseas countries and territories with the European Union ( ‘Overseas Association Decision’ ) · European Union

1. The OCTs shall notify to the Commission the names and addresses of the authorities situated in their territory which are: part of the governmental authorities of the country concerned and empowered to support the Commission and the customs authorities of the Member States through the administrative cooperation as provided for in this Title; customs authorities competent to issue movement certificates EUR.1 and carry out the subsequent verification of movement certificates EUR.1 and origin declarations; 2. OCTs shall send to the Commission specimens of the stamps used. 3. The OCTs shall inform the Commission immediately of any changes to the information notified under paragraphs 1 and 2. 4. The Commission shall send this information to the customs authorities of the Member States.
