Council Decision 2013/755/EU of 25 November 2013 on the association of the overseas countries and territories with the European Union ( ‘Overseas Association Decision’ ) · European Union

The derogation shall be limited to the duration necessary for the OCTs concerned to be in a position to apply Articles 38 to 50 and Articles 57 to 61 of this Annex.
