Article 7

1. Without prejudice to Article 2 of this Annex, materials originating in the Union shall be considered as materials originating in an OCTs when incorporated into a product obtained there, provided that they have undergone working or processing which goes beyond the operations referred to in Article 5(1). 2. Without prejudice to Article 2 of this Annex, working or processing carried out in the Union shall be considered as having been carried out in an OCTs, when the materials undergo subsequent working or processing there which goes beyond the operations referred to in Article 5(1) of this Annex. 3. For the purpose of cumulation provided for in this Article, the origin of the materials shall be established in accordance with this Annex.
