Article 29

Council Decision 2013/755/EU of 25 November 2013 on the association of the overseas countries and territories with the European Union ( ‘Overseas Association Decision’ ) · European Union

In the context of the association, cooperation in the field of air transport safety shall aim to support the OCTs in their efforts to comply with the relevant international standards and may cover inter alia: the implementation of air navigation safety systems; the implementation of airport security and strengthening of the capacity of civil aviation authorities to manage all aspects of operational security placed under their control; and the development of infrastructures and human resources.
