Article 43

Council Decision 2013/755/EU of 25 November 2013 on the association of the overseas countries and territories with the European Union ( ‘Overseas Association Decision’ ) · European Union

1. Products originating in the OCTs shall be imported into the Union free of import duty. 2. The definition of originating products and the methods of administrative cooperation relating thereto are laid down in Annex VI.
