Article 77

OCTs shall be eligible for the following sources of funding: resources allocated for the OCTs under the Internal Agreement between the Member States of the Union establishing the 11th European Development Fund (EDF); the Union programmes and instruments provided for in the Union’s general budget; and funds managed by the EIB under the EIB’s own resources, and the resources allocated to the EDF Investment Facility, in accordance with the conditions of the Internal Agreement between the Member States of the Union establishing the 11th EDF (7) (the ‘11th EDF Internal Agreement’).
