Article 78

Council Decision 2013/755/EU of 25 November 2013 on the association of the overseas countries and territories with the European Union ( ‘Overseas Association Decision’ ) · European Union

Within the framework of the strategy and priorities established by the OCTs concerned at local or regional level, and without prejudice to humanitarian and emergency aid, financial support may be given to the following activities helping to achieve the objectives set out in this Decision: sector policies and reforms as well as projects that are in coherence with them; institutional development, capacity building and integration of environmental aspects; technical cooperation; and additional support in the event of fluctuations in export earnings from exports of goods and services referred in Article 82.
