Prevention: 20 % +/- 8 percentage points Preparedness: 50 % +/- 8 percentage points Response: 30 % +/- 8 percentage points When implementing this Decision, the Commission shall give priority to actions for which this Decision sets a deadline within the period leading to the expiry of that deadline, with the objective of meeting the deadline in question.
