Directive on consumer ADR
DIRECTIVE 2013/11/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 21 May 2013 on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Directive on consumer ADR) · European Union

1. By 9 July 2015, Member States shall communicate to the Commission: where appropriate, the names and contact details of the bodies designated in accordance with Article 14(2); and the competent authorities including, where appropriate, the single point of contact, designated in accordance with Article 18(1). Member States shall inform the Commission of any subsequent changes to this information.
