Council Directive 2013/16/EU of 13 May 2013 adapting certain directives in the field of public procurement, by reason of the accession of the Republic of Croatia · European Union

‘Croatia Contracting entities referred to in Article 6 of the Zakon o javnoj nabavi (Narodne novine broj 90/11) (Public Procurement Act, Official Gazette No 90/11) which, in accordance with special regulations, engage in the activities relating to the exploitation of a geographical area with the aim of exploring and extracting oil and gas, such as the entities engaging in the said activities in accordance with the Mining Act (Official Gazette 75/09 and 49/11).’;
